How can fruits help us to enhance our beauty..
So our 1st super food is
👉POTATO:
You might have heard eating patato can get you fat but have you heard that patato can help you to get a oil free skin and too can help to get you a tan free skin. Wowwwww isn't it interesting the thing that most of girls avoid can help them this much.
👉TOMATO:
After potato we move to sister of patato i.e "Tomatoes". Most of us eat tomato. That perfect red cherry look on our face beside that tomato too hold another property that it helps to remove rough skin. And it help to reduce redness of pimple, pain ,swelling.
👉TURMERIC:
The natural pain reliever is actually a beauty enhancer too. Turmeric is blessed with natural medication. Turmeric is best thing to cure pimple. If in night you see a pimple growing and have to party tomorrow go for it first apply ice and then apply turmeric overnight. And wooohoooo the pimple has disappeared.
👉LEMONS:
Another thing for removing tan. Yes lemons have citric acid and other detoxifying agent.
👉Milk:
It doesn't only give us vitamins and other beneficiaries but it also help us to deal with roughness in skin. "Yes mummy shi kehti thi beta milk tumhari help krega"

Milk can rectify the effect of acids.
If in case somebody has thrown acid on someone then don't treat it with water go for milk as milk rectify the acid well
👉Gram flour or chickpea flour:
Flour not only fill our tummies but it help to enhance our skin. Take gram flour and turmeric together add few drops of gulab jal and make a paste and apply it for about maximum 30 min. You will see the effect yourself
