CRISPY CRUNCHY CLASSIC PIZZA RECIPE!!!

PIZZA!!! 
It's not just a word it's an emotion. It makes me wonder how this special thing came in our life and i thin k you wonder this too.. Lemme tell you how. So there is a story behind, In 1889, King Umberto I and Queen Margherita of Savoy visited Naples. Esposito baked them a pizza named in honor of the queen whose colors mirrored those of the Italian flag: red (tomatoes), white (mozzarella), and green (basil leaves). This is what is now known as the classic Neapolitan pizza today. 
Here i made a classic recipe for a pizza for you. Have a look on it and try.
Recipe of 72 hour pizza dough

Recipe for poolish:
 • Refined flour: 500 grams
 • Water: 500ml
 • Dry yeast: 2.5 grams
Method to make poolish:
 • Mix all the ingredients and whisk it together nicely.
 • Cover the poolish with a cling wrap or silver foil and make holes in it to pass the air.
 • Keep the poolish in room temperature for 24 hours before using it for dough.
Ingredients for Pizza Dough:
 • Refined flour: 1.6 kg
 • Water: 1 litre
 • Olive oil: 60ml
 • Salt: 40 grams
 • Poolish: 160 grams

Method for making Pizza Dough:
 • First take the water and mix poolish with it.
Add refined flour, olive oil and salt to the mixture and knead it nicely for 20 minutes. 
 • Let the dough rest for an hour by covering with a damp cloth.
 •  Now cut the small balls from the dough of 280 grams. 
 • Arrange the balls in a tray and cover it with a damp cloth. Keep the dough outside in room temperature for 8 hours.
 • After that keep the dough in the refrigerator for 48 hours. 
 • Then take it out and keep it in warm place for 8 hours for further proofing before making a pizza. 
 • Now, here comes the fun part of opening a pizza. 
 • Open the pizza dough with your hands or with the help of a rolling pin. 
 • Spread pizza sauce over the top. Add some delicious mozarella cheese over it. 
 • Preheat the oven at 270-280 degree Celsius. 
 • Place the pizza in the preheated oven. Rotate it and let it cook from all the sides. 
 • Take the pizza out once u feel the edges the hard as rock.
 • Garnish it with basil leaves and ohh my goodness tasty crunchy pizza is ready to have.
