EIGHT THINGS YOU NEED TO CHANGE IF YOU ARE ON DIET

Eight things you need to change if you are on dieting. 


Are you on dieting and not getting results? Then your diet might be the problem so here is a little change you should include in your dieting.
1) Instead of whole grain biscuits have oats biscuits:
Whole grain biscuits will not help you in dieting if you are on dieting either leave  biscuits or have oats biscuits. Oats are good for health too. Instead you biscuits you can have regular salted oats too.
2)Instead of packed food and fruits have fresh: Packed food contains preservatives that affect your health. If you are on dieting or not, try to use fresh things.
3)Instead of juice have fruits: 
Fruits have basic elements that help our body. As it's form is changed it losses fibre that are good for the body. So have fresh fruits instead of juice. And even having more juice it can effect your liver.
4)Instead of tea have green tea: "Tea" About 90% of Indians love tea. They can drink it any time, but actually this is not good for health. Take tea in limit. And if you are on dieting try to avoid it and have green tea instead of normal  tea. Green tea remove the bad carbs and increase your digestion.
5)Instead of alcohol have lemon juice: Hahaha this one sounds funny but it is good for health. Alcohol don't help, it spoils yours. Instead of alcohol grab lemon juice. Lemon juice have critic acid that helps your body to digest food easily.
6)Instead of paneer eat tofu: Tofu is healthy version paneer. Tofu doesn't contain fats and is good for health more than paneer.
7)Instead of normal milk have soya milk: Yes.. Soya milk have low fats and less carbs. If you are on dieting but you have a habit of drinking milk go for soya milk. It help you in dieting more.
