PAKORA!!!!

It's not just a food, it's an emotion of many in India. 
Pakora.. also called pikora, pakoda, pakodi, fakkura, bhajiya, bhajji or ponako, is a fried snack. It is popular snack across the Indian subcontinent. You can usually find at many street vendors alonv with tea.. Or you can just wait for monsoon.. Beacuse "BAARISH AYE AUR SATH ME PAKORE NA HO, AISA HO JI NHI SAKTA."
Generally, the batter for making any pakora includes
 • Gram flour
 • Turmeric powder
 • Chilli powder
 • Garam masala 
 • Amchur
 • Salt to taste

Indian streets are filled with street vendors selling "CHAI PAKORA" because it's very tasty snack everyone want to have and it takes a very very little amount of money from your pocket.

Here, I collected some different types of pakore or bhajji selling all around the India. 

1) PYAAZ PAKORA 
It's the most easiest recipe to make and still the most tasty and crunchy one can have. You can find it every indian house when rain arrives.

2)PANEER PAKORA
In general paneer slices are marinated with Indian spices and dipped into the pakora batter. It's then deep fried in oil until it is brown and crispy. 

3)MOONG DAL PAKORI
You can find these mostly in northern india as moong dal ki pakori is very famous in Delhi along with mint chutney. 

4)PAALAK(SPINACH) PAKORA 
Paalak paneer are so good that if popeye was real, he must have fallen in love for them too. It's very crispy and yummy that can drool anyone. 

5)GOBI(CAULIFLOWER) PAKORA
We've all tried so many recipes of cauliflower and some does like it or some does not. But i can say for sure these gobi pakora are everybody's favourite.
